• For cell culture studies: send 4 mL of peripheral blood and/or bone marrow into a sodium heparin (green-top) tube. The sample should be delivered within 12 hours of extraction.
  
• For cell therapy in chronic ulcers or burns: a written request from the physician indicating such lesions are refractory to conventional treatments is required.

Cell therapy services request need one week in advance to coordinate the procedures.
